While chatting with my real estate broker just now, she gave me a few tips to attract house buyers.

Firstly, I have to clean my front door as it is dirty. If it is dirty or messy, buyers won’t go further.

Secondly, tidy all rooms and clear clutter. Gosh ! I haven’t lived there for more than 2 years ! Spiderwebs and dust are all over the place. It’s going to take me a few weeks to get rid of the dirt and dust.

And lastly, clean windows and mirrors. If there’s no view, consider fitting pretty muslin curtains.
