I started my weight loss program two years ago after being asked if I were pregnant. It struck me that I was really, really overweight.

I had actually gone from size S to L without caring much about it ! When I found out that I couldn’t quite fit into my size L clothes, I was panicked. I knew I had to do something about it.

Besides that, I began to feel bad about myself. Yes, I didn’t feel good about myself. I always wore baggy and black clothes to cover my tummy.

How did I lose weight ? I exercised and controlled my diet. Look ! Healthy way of losing weight. Even now, I still exercise. I go brisk walking 3 times a week in Cameron Highlands and doing a little bit yoga.

As for diet control, I need the help of free calorie counter that helps me track meals, count calories and carbs. It is fast and very easy to use.The more consistently I keep track of my food intake and calorie counting, the more likely I am to lose weight.

I still follow plan for suggested nutrition and fitness goals provided by MyFitnessPal. It is a free diet and fitness website that helps people to lose weight in a healthy way.

Two years ago, my weight was 65kg. Now, I weigh 55kg and my goal is 50kg by July. I prefer moderation, not aggressive way of losing weight. According to my free calorie counter, the goal is easily attainable. Honestly speaking, I can’t bear to see myself plump again like I used to 2 years ago.

The reason I like MyFitnessPal is that there is a discussion forum where I can get a lot of support and motivation from members. You know that losing weight is not easy, thus their tips and motivation do mean a lot to me.
