It’s the 6th today and I am still doing the cleaning and washing at the rented flat.

It’s lucky that I was able to scrub off some of the dirty stained tiles with Clorox Bleach and Harpic on Sunday. Now the toilet and bathroom look cleaner than earlier.

Argh, there are still some stools and modern sofas scattered in the living room! Just leave them to hubby to arrange them when he is free.

Oh, there are still a few more packs of clothes in the guest room that I haven’t unpacked!

Hubby suggested that we drive all the way up to the highlands and have our lunch at her niece’s furniture shop.

He would like to see if she has any new stocks for teak furniture. He would like to add a few pieces of teak deep seating armchairs for our bedrooms and guest room. I told him to look for oversized teak armchairs with matching cushions so that guests feel more comfortable.

As for teak benches, try to get those 6-foot-long benches. Not to forget stacking teak chairs that save space.

I discussed with my hubby earlier that I would like to turn our guest room into a home office.

The reason is that I have been working from home for so many years, yet I don’t have my own office. I tend to get distracted easily by housework, phone calls, television and chats.

I hope that by setting up my own home office furnished with office furniture, I can produce more high quality paid posts and content rich non-paid posts.

Besides that, I get more organized as all file cabinets and file folders are within reach.

Imagine sitting on a comfortable chair that offers good back support at my “L” shaped desk writing paid posts, wow.. isn’t it fantastic ?
