I am thinking of signing up a drainage massage treatment package next month after hubby gets his salary.
Since I am doing exercise and taking Fastin pills to lose some weight, having drainage massage helps push the toxins and fat cells out from my body, especially the thigh areas.
Exercise and diet pills if coupled with massage works faster to toning up and tightening the muscles. Wow, looking forward to slimmer thighs in a few months’ time!

It’s pink in color, of course.

I have gained weight since I started blogging in April 2007. My weight was 50kg but it has reached 56kg now ! Help…. I need to slim down before it hits 60 kg ! I used to weigh 60 kg 3 years ago.
Maybe I should consider diet pills suggested by some blogging pals who have also gained weight. Well, let me spend some time reading through the reviews on the recommended diet pills before popping any diet pills.
