I’m in my 40s too. Don’t know why but I’ve gotten a little lazy with wrinkle creams this winter. I pretty- much daily use my NeutrogenaSPF 45 Healthy Defense on my face and neck, tho. That one feels good and gives me no problems at all.

My advice is always suncare, starting as young as possible.

And pink things!

No, coffee is not the best thing to take. Loaded with caffeine. And the more caffeine you take the more tired you become. Once you are off caffeine for a few weeks, energy returns. A little exercise on a regular basis, and you’ll feel like Superman!

I experienced the same. IMOH, Chinese parents who are wealthy and uneducated generally don’t think teaching is a respectable profession since we don’t make as much money as they do.

I have struggling Malay/Chinese parents who actually bother to call to explain they will be late with payment etc, those wealthy parents are the ones that pretend they didn’t know when the fees dued. Many didnt pay me the last month’s fee when they decided to quit.
