The most important time saver as far as I am concerned is to mediate every day in Cameron Highlands.Sometimes, being guided by a soft clear and calming voice is perfect in doing meditation.
This may seem like a contradiction because it takes a bit of my time, but it ensures I’m centered and focused for the rest of the day, and therefore work more efficiently and effectively.
It’s great for reducing stress too.

I have to be honest that forgiving people who have hurt me, or who have hurt my loved ones, is very difficult indeed.
When I don’t feel like forgiving someone, I think of this:
Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. (1 Peter 3:9)

I was woken up by the chirping of birds outside my windows. Listening to the chirping of birds is very soothing…;D It spurs me to give thanks to God for another wonderful day ahead.

Sometimes all I need is a time-out and ‘me’ time to replenish my inner peace. Try this nifty idea for a sweet escape !
Go around the world from the comfort of my couch ! Reserve one weekday a month for a quiet read with a mug of hot cocoa while jazz music plays in the background. It counts as a quick getaway !
Are you reading my stuffs with a very serious look now ? I bet you are unaware of it. Me too. Initially, I didn’t know that my lips curved down all the time. Until I started practicing yoga more than a year ago. All of us had to face the mirror while doing our poses and I was surprised to see myself having such grim face.

Since then, I always remind myself to have my lips curved up. Even my hubby helps remind me too…;D Whenever I do this, I am in a happy mood. Don’t you know we can cheat our subconscious mind ? By curving up our lips, the subconscious mind thinks that we are joyful at that moment, thus releasing “happy endorphin” which makes us even relaxed and happier.
In order to be happy, I also take time to do positive things and things that make me happy. I try not to do things that please others. Do things just because I want to and because they have a positive impact on the lives of others around me.
