According to my buddy, bifocal safety glasses are a great option for hubby who has generally good vision but just needs a bit of extra magnification when reading.

Yay, eating smaller meals, popping diet pills and having body massage treatments have helped me shed some weight! I am almost 2 kg lighter now. 
In two hours’ time, I will go see my slimming consultant and have a body massage treatment. If I am not mistaken, there are only two/three sessions left for the slimming course.
Will I sign up for the same course again? Yes, of course. Just that this time, I want to request more hand and machine body massage, full body hot blanket wrapping and body contouring treatments.
There are a few treatments that I think are totally unnecessary and wasting money. oh, of course, I don’t mind the free dark circle cream treatment!
Maybe I should negotiate for more free gifts/treatments before I sign up my second slimming course.
