Oh, no, the last tube of acne cream I am using is almost finished! Haiz, time to withdraw money to replenish new stocks!

You know, I am doing my best to not impose too much stress on myself as stress, like genetics, hormones, environment and lifestyle can cause acne break outs.

Although acne creams are the most widely used products for acne treatment, and generally the most affordable, I still go for treatments at the beauty house once in a while.

Stress, long working hours, and meeting the needs of a demanding family can wreck havoc on my physical and emotional well-being, therefore I set aside at least 15 minutes each day for relaxation to recharge.

Besides meditation, I love to listen to music or take up a therapy like visualization or positive thinking.

If I look for total relaxation after a stressful day, Susie’s soothing voice and guided imagery will take me there. I couldn’t believe how quickly I felt relaxed !
