I guess that I will stop reading and blogging about vacation tips today. I need a full day break after looking up travel information on Sea Pines rentals.

Instead of going shopping, hubby and I will go to a hot spring nearby. I don’t even remember when the last time we went there! I am looking forward to going there … in an hour.

Have a break and spend this Sunday with your family.

It’s Saturday. After completing some of my assignments and searching information for digital signage, hubby and I will go shopping. To be exact, we will have body massage at the shopping mall.

We love body massage very much as it helps rid of toxins from our bodies. If you want to keep feeling good, then you will need to drink plenty of water after the session. The goal is to feel great even the next day, and not to feel worse.

Whenever I get those gigantic knots in my shoulders, I will try this instant relief method.

Stretch my shoulders and neck. These are the two most common places we hold tension. Sit comfortably, and as we inhale, lift the head. When exhaling, drop the head toward the chest. Repeat several times.

Next, drop our left ear toward the left shoulder on an exhale, return to upright on the inhale, and repeat to the right side, continuing to alternate.

Whenever I need to take time out and rejuvenate my body and uplift my mind and spirit, I will try these refreshing tips.

1. Drink tea. I try green or black tea instead of my normal tea or coffee. Light and refreshing tea is rich in polyphenols, antioxidant plant chemicals that boost heart health and lower stress.

2. Fresh flowers. Nothing beats a vast of fresh blooms in my living room. Fresh flowers are available easily as I am living in Cameron Highlands, a leading producer of flowers in Malaysia. Fresh flowers do put an instant smile on my face.

3. Soothe strained eyes. I love to shut my eyes and press the back of my hands onto my closed lips for a few seconds. After I open my eyes, focus on something far away - a tree outside, or the distant hills. This does relax my optic nerves.

4. Quick spritz. Have a small bottle of cooling water spray mist. To refresh my face between blogging and writing paid posts, spritz my face a few times and dab with a tissue.

What about trying all these tips in the fresh, clean air of Cameron Highlands ? Fresh flowers, cool air, amazing views and time to relax make it the perfect weekend break or vacation.

Weekend is around and it’s time to clear the clutter at home.

Take a look at my home now ! Gosh ! It is cluttered with unnecessary ornaments, piles of old magazines and newspapers, and clothes. I wonder when my hubby will hire a maid to do the housework for me.

It’s going to take me some time to clear the clutter and create a calming harmonious environment which not only gives me a piece of mind, but also enhances energy flow.
