It seems that we have to reconsider if we want to sell our home in Ipoh. My hubby has made up his mind to be his buddy’s partner meaning which he has to be in Ipoh most of the time. He will sleep in our home in Ipoh.

If he likes his his job, I think we will have to move back to Ipoh. Too bad ! I love Cameron Highlands here… cool climate ! I told my hubby to call the realtor earlier to inform her that we may not sell our home first. We will let her our decision after 3 months.

Whenever my hubby and I go up or down Cameron Highlands, we will pass by some Orang Asli homes. I love telling my hubby that I admire their carefree lifestyles.

The Orang Asli have nothing to worry about. No home loans. No car loans. No credit card debts. Not like us…;d full of debts and loans. It’s going to take us years before we fully settle our debts and buy some rental properties and Phoenix real estate to collect rentals for the rest of our lives.

As usual, my hubby and I talked about our plan of buying an apartment in Cameron Highlands this afternoon. We love reminding ourselves that we have this dream of buying another home. Yes, another home…;D

We have had a double-storey house but we would like to sell it by the end of this year. The reason is that we do not live in that area anymore. We are now living in Cameron Highlands blessed with cool climate and fresh air.Therefore, we have the intention to buy an apartment in Cameron Highlands.

Once in a while, I do dream that I can retire early and live in one of those Las Vegas luxury homes till old age. I can’t keep focusing on my credit card debts, right ? I must let my mind run wild occasionally.

I have seen some buddies generating income buying, selling or leasing real estate or property successfully. Some of them have even made a living by just collecting lucrative rental income monthly from their residential or commercial properties.

My hubby and are fortunate enough to have hired a very professional Miami real estate agent who always gives us constructive tips on selling our house. She knows that we would like to sell our house as soon as possible so that we can use the money to settle our bank overdraft and credit card debts fast.

We tried to follow whatever instructions she gave us a few weeks ago so that our house is ready to be viewed by potential buyers. According to her, making a good first impression appeal is important.

We must keep our lawn and other landscaping neatly trimmed, weeded and watered. And then, check the exterior of our home for signs of wear and damage, such as peeling paint, foundation cracks or loose shingles, and fix what is needed. Clean the outside of the house, including windows.

We also heeded her advice by giving the front door a fresh coat of paint for that warm and welcome feeling.
