So, whenever we want a break from work, we will go to nearby beach. Sometimes, I will fantasize of living in one of the Wavery South Beach condos and having strolls on the sandy beach daily with hubby ! What about watching sunrises and sunsets ?

Phew…Life is simply relaxing and haven. I feel blessed to be able to watch sunset or do things together with hubby. Don’t wait ! Enjoy the present now …;D

It seems that we have to reconsider if we want to sell our home in Ipoh. My hubby has made up his mind to be his buddy’s partner meaning which he has to be in Ipoh most of the time. He will sleep in our home in Ipoh.

If he likes his his job, I think we will have to move back to Ipoh. Too bad ! I love Cameron Highlands here… cool climate ! I told my hubby to call the realtor earlier to inform her that we may not sell our home first. We will let her our decision after 3 months.

Whenever my buddies call up, they will find me writing pending tasks or reading news and updates of real estate and properties. Yes, I am serious in making property investments once my credit card debts are fully settled. By then, I will be happy that most of my income can be channelled into rental properties.

There may come a day that I will make my property investments overseas. Some of my buddies have had Hawaii vacation homes, Florida villas , and Las Vegas homes. They love making investments in tourist attractions that are visited by millions and millions of visitors every year.
