Do you feel anxious or stressed or because of all the pending tasks ? Reach out and grab your hubby’s hand. Holding a man’s hand - any man, apparently, but it works best with a spouse - can provide relief.

When you are holding a hand, any hand, the parts of your brain responsible for mobilizing your body into action calm down.

Hubby has gone down to Ipoh and I am left alone at home. Yippie… I can blog to dawn again. I love the freedom I have when hubby is not around.

Even hubby loves to have personal space too. It’s impossible to keep him at home for more than a week. He will go mad and start throwing tantrum. While I am totally different from him, I can be at home for as long as I like.

Whenever my husband and my constant bickering erupts into a hot blowout, he will flee for a few hours, a day the longest so far. Of course, he will return - he always does - but how do I react when he comes back ? Share with you my make-up tips here.

Make-Up Tip 1 - Apologise for what you did in the fight. If you said or did anything hurtful in the heat of the argument, you need to apologise.I mean you apologise SINCERELY. This doesn’t mean the whole thing is your fault - you’re just acknowledging something you did wrong. You have made the first move, he will probably listen to what you have to say.

Make-Up Tip 2 - Make a kind and friendly gesture. You’ve been going at it for a while, so you need to break the hostile atmosphere. You might ask him if he wants a cup of coffee or fix him a sandwich.Such gestures take the edge off the intensity of the anger and help each of you reconnect to the non-fighting person you’re in love with.

Make-Up Tip 3 - Don’t go to bed if you both are angry. No matter what happens, you both need to come to some agreement before bedtime. And that doesn’t necessarily mean a full resolution complete with make-up lovemaking.” Say, ‘I kmow we’ll work this out,but let’s look at it with a fresh eye tomorrow.” Then, give your guy a hug and a kiss. This way, the fight doesn’t go on and on. Otherwise, the bad feelings are still there the next morning and it’s even harder to make up.

Make-Up tip 4 - Call a truce. If the reason for the fight is a big issue, for example whether one of you should accept a job offer that means moving cross-country- agree to think about it later.Such major decisions could make tete-a-tetes, and you don’t want to war all the while the issue is being weighed.

Life is serious enough, isn’t it ? Sometimes you just need to something silly to wind down.

Mindless fun can be therapeutic. If you both like trashy TV,pizza for dinner or nightly karaoke sessions, why not ? If it keeps you happily together, who’s to say it’s wrong ?

My youngest sister’s wedding is next month. But she is still not done yet with the preparation. She is still not satisfied with the wedding flowers recommended by her buddies.

She should have asked me earlier about wedding flowers. I have known FiftyFlowers.com that provides wedding events with premium roses, calla lilies, rose petals, gerbera daisies, hydrangeas, peonies and many other flowers and greens through a few blogging buddies..

The flowers delivered by FiftyFlowers.com are at a below wholesale cost and a minimum of fuss. In contrast to local florists, who buy their flowers from importers and wholesalers that keep flowers in coolers for days, FiftyFlowers uses overnight express shipping to the customers.

Andy and I had been dating since 2001. Many women envied me because they felt I had the perfect partner. I must say Andy is everything a woman could ask for in a man, the sort of guy any woman would be proud to bring home to meet her parents. He is good looking, has a stable job, and most importantly, he has a good heart. We got married in January 2006, but there’s something I’ve been keeping from Andy for a long time.

When we first met, I was 23 years old and we were both virgins, Andy felt it was important to keep our virginity until our wedding night. However about three years into relationship, I became bored with my work as a sales assistant and with our relationship. So, to spice up my life, I decided to give up my virginity and embark on secret affairs with other men. At first, I was drawn to the lavish gifts I got from these men, most of whom were much older than I was. I found that I liked receiving the luxurious cosmetics and designer clothes they bought me. I soon found myself addicted to the thrill of these secret liaisons. (more…)

My husband is having an affair - with his watches ! He has such obsessions with watches.

He spends more time taking care of them than he spends with me. When I complained about this, he said: “Don’t forget that you spend most of your spare time now blogging and managing your blogs !”

Ooopss ! What else can I say ? It’s true. I have been busy with my blogs the whole day.

My youngest sister’s wedding is in March next year. She has been preparing for her wedding for more than a year because she is a perfectionist.

When it comes to wedding flowers, she considers FiftyFlowers.com that provides wholesale flowers such as premium roses, calla lilies, rose petals, gerbera daisies, hydrangeas, peonies and many other flowers and greens. t very affordable prices.

Customers save up to 75% on their flower costs because FiftyFlowers.com are able to remove the wholesalers and retailers from the flower supply chain.

It’s my birthday next week. Hubby has asked me a few times what I would like for my present: diamond jewelry, pearl jewelry, religious jewelry, station jewelry or ladies watches.

Of course, I would love to have this beautifully crafted 14 White Gold Diamond Wedding Band Ring. It has round diamonds in a prong setting with a total diamond weight of 0.25 carats.

My wish is to invest in designer diamond jewelry one day. Designer diamond jewelry is a very wise investment because most of the designer jewelers have such strong guarantees for their products that they even offer to upgrade or trade your product once you have the desire to do so.

I would love to become an informed diamond jewelry shopper so that I can make a wise investment when shopping for diamond jewelry that will enhance the quality of my life.

My eyes popped out when I read that supergranny Doreen Oury completed her first charity parachute jump – at the age of 84.

Can you believe it ? For Chinese, we always think that stepping into 60 years old is like half way into the graves. The elderly have the tendency to wait for their doomsday instead of living their lives to the fullest .

Doreen was one of six daredevils who raised £6,000 for Brendoncare, which operates eight nursing home centres in the south of England, including Brendoncare Knightwood, in Chandlers Ford, where Doreen lives. She is satisfied with her current living environment.

According to her, she has her own apartment, a nice lounge, a library, a hairdresser that comes in and a nice restaurant. There are coffee in the mornings and tea in the afternoons. Lots of things that we can join in if we want to.

Hubby is 47 while I am 36, with no kid. Sometimes, I discuss where we should spend our old age. We are serious about this issue, therefore we spend some spare time reading care options that are available so that hubby and I can arrange the right kind of care, read daily care news and views, and receive tips on from care experts.

Apparently, residential care homes and nursing homes are most preferred by most people. All are expected to provide living accommodation, meals, help with personal care such as dressing, supervision of medication, someone on call at night and companionship. Some residential care homes specialise in providing services for people with special needs such as dementia.
