Why did I call it pink poison? Er, …

You know, I googled a bit and found that there’s this cheerleading team called Pink Poison.

Remember the TV series Lipstick Jungle? Its Season 1, Episode 3 is called Pink Poison!

In 3 days’ time, hubby will start his one and a half month long’s school holidays.

Actually I think hubby’s holidays began last Monday. All the teachers have been busy preparing the students’ report card that there is no need for them to go into the classrooms to teach anymore.

For those part time teachers who don’t have to prepare report cards, they are either helping other teachers or busy discussing the latest news, politics and personal stuff like checking out used rv for sale, waiting for Black Friday deals and Christmas home decoration ideas.

As for the students, they have been having fun with inter-class competitions and contests.

Speaking of juggling balls, I have not done it for quite a while. I don’t even remember when was the last time I juggled balls to relax myself!

Well, out of sight, out of mind. The balls had been stored in the store room, so it’s reasonable that I totally forgot about the balls.

Now that they are put on my computer desk, it’s logical that I see them and thus juggle them whenever I feel tired or strained.

Ya, I need them to relax myself; I am currently troubled by some money issues.

I used to complain a lot about hubby’s hometown when I was living in the cool highlands. Since moving back, I have gotten used to the hot weather.

Whenever I got down from the highlands last time, I would hide in the shopping mall to avoid the heat. But now, I am used to the heat in the house.

It’s true that I sweat a lot if compared to last time. I hated to sweat; it made me take a shower a few times a day.

If given a chance, I would love to try living in one of the versatile mobile homes.

It must be fun living and traveling on a mobile home, right? I see that there is an increase in the sales for mobile homes.

I overheard a remedy for oily skin yesterday while I was at a salon having my hair dyed.

There is always a recipe or remedy that I overhear when I am at a salon.

The remedy goes like this: Apply tomato slices on your face to remove shine, then wash your face with water.

This morning, my neighbor knocked on my door and asked where I normally bought the refrigerator water filters.

She looked surprised when I told her that there’s no refrigerator in my house. She asked me why I didn’t even get a second hand refrigerator. Was it because hubby and I were on tight budget?

It’s funny that people think there must be a fridge in the house. Do you know anyone who doesn’t have a refrigerator too?

If you know that there are only hubby and me in the house and the nearest food court is only less than 30 steps away, you’ll understand why having a refrigerator is unnecessary.
