Food

In 10 minutes’ time, I will stop finding foods that burn fat and be out of the house for a while. Hubby and I will have our breakfast at 10.30 am at the coffee shop nearby our house. ;-)

I feel bad that I didn’t buy breakfast for hubby this morning. I was simply too tired to wake up because of constant wakes from my sleep last night.

By the time I felt like I could sleep well, it’s 6 am in the morning. I told hubby to eat bread because I was too exhausted and sleepy to wake up and go buy breakfast for him.

Okay, let me find a few more cards for birth announcements and then I will go have my lunch at a restaurant nearby!

No fried chicken drumsticks or cheesy wedges today as I have menstruation pain. It’s better to eat something light to help prevent bloated stomach and constipation.

I am actually grateful that I don’t suffer as much as my blogging pal does when it comes to period. She has migraine and stomachache during her monthly menstruation.

When her migraine gets worse, she will throw up. The only thing she can do to get better is keep sleeping until the pain subsides.

Oh, no, it’s raining heavily now! Just as hubby and I are ready to leave the house and go back to the old house, it pours.

Hubby says we just wait until the rain stops. No point making ourselves drenched after taking our shower. Okay, what to do?

Since there is no lightning or thunder, I will surf a bit, read a bit of phentermine info or check my Google AdSense earnings until the rain stops.

Oh, so looking forward to eating yummy food at the old place!

HungryHuh, it seems that I am hungry again! How could it be? I had my breakfast only a few hours ago.

Also, I didn’t do any colon cleanse today.

I must have drunk/eaten something that has made me hungry. What’s that?

Fine, don’t bother now. Go grab some cookies to fill my rumbling stomach first. And make myself a cup of tea/coffee.

Walking to MarketSince I started cooking at home a month ago, hubby and I have been eating healthily and consuming less meat. This is good because we seem to lose a bit weight.

Of course, walking to the market every day helps tremendously in losing weight too. I try to do a bit more walking by buying vegetables and groceries at different stalls and shops.

Like yesterday, I could buy the Nanette Lepore shoes at the shoes shop next to the market. But I purposely walked to another store which was at the end of the block so that I got to exercise a bit.

Good idea, right?

Okay, I still have half an hour left for me to do the Philadelphia job search! Hopefully I can find the info I need within this half an hour.

At 9 a.m., I must leave the house and go do marketing at the wet market. :-)

After two days’ off from cooking at home, it’s time to get back to the kitchen and cook some home-meal dishes for lunch and dinner.

I have some new ideas for the dishes I am going to try out today.

Yesterday, hubby and I spent quite much on meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner cost more than $25!

If I had cooked at home yesterday, it would have just cost $10 for 3 meals. It’s my fault that I didn’t feel like cooking!

Not only did we spend much on meals, we also likely gained some weight due to the oily foodcourt food. Better hop over to quickweightloss.org and see if there’s any new and quick weight loss product to burn more fat. :-)

Just came back from the wet market. Again, there is no pork today!

Why? I have no idea. It seems that each time I want to cook pork, there is no pork. But when I don’t want to use this kind of meat, I will see it!

Since there is no pork, I am going to use chicken drumstick to cook the soup.

The less meat, the better, right? This means there’s not much weight gain and thus fat burner is not needed to help lose weight. :-)

Okay, move my butt and get to the kitchen now!
