What do you think of gifting Nikon binoculars as Xmas gift?

Speaking of Xmas gifts, gift shopping is now on everyone’s mind for this coming holiday season. Have you begun your gift shopping yet?

If you hate crowded shopping malls as much as I do, I think online gift shopping is certainly a better option.

Online shopping for gifts is the most convenient way to get quality merchandise during the holiday season.

Finally, I can get down to doing my online work without distraction from cleaning and unpacking stuff.

Enough cleaning and washing! I just want to concentrate on writing product reviews and updating all the niche blogs today and also for the next few days.

Although I still have a bit time left, it’s for sure that I won’t attend any of the birthday parties or first communion invitations I received last week. Noop.

As usual, I won’t waste my time on invitations of all types this year.

HappyThanksgivingWish you a Happy Thanksgiving first! How’s your Thanksgiving and Pre-Black Friday shopping sprees?

With so many deals and bargains going on, it’s difficult to hold tight to your wallet or credit card, right?

I saw some very good unlocked phone deals, but I am still waiting. Waiting and hoping that there is the lowest possible price for a Nokia cell phone.

In 3 days’ time, hubby will start his one and a half month long’s school holidays.

Actually I think hubby’s holidays began last Monday. All the teachers have been busy preparing the students’ report card that there is no need for them to go into the classrooms to teach anymore.

For those part time teachers who don’t have to prepare report cards, they are either helping other teachers or busy discussing the latest news, politics and personal stuff like checking out used rv for sale, waiting for Black Friday deals and Christmas home decoration ideas.

As for the students, they have been having fun with inter-class competitions and contests.

It’s 44th President of America Barack Obama’s inauguration day yesterday. I guess many people were like me busy watching the live telecast of the historical event.

I didn’t even have time to find the Slingbox that my neighbor wanted yesterday.

The First Lady Michelle Obama’s inaugural dress was not pink in color. If not, I would show it here at my pink stuff blog.

I read that Michelle Obama loves strong colors very much. Red, purple or blue suits and gowns.

New Year’s Eve is time to sing “Auld Lang Syne.” When the clock strikes at 12 midnight, people in most speaking countries will sing this song to usher in the new year.

In case you have not sung Auld Lang Syne for some time, don’t worry. I have Auld Lang Syne’s lyrics.

I am not from an English speaking country and have not sung the song for many many years, so I went in search of the lyrics after I completed cleaning some industrial clamps stored in the garage this afternoon.

Auld Lang Syne

Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and days of auld lang syne?
For auld lang syne, my dear,
for auld lang syne,
we’ll take a cup of kindness yet,
for auld lang syne.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and days of auld lang syne?
And here’s a hand, my trusty friend
And gie’s a hand o’ thine
We’ll tak’ a cup o’ kindness yet
For auld lang syne.
