Hubby has gone to town and I am left alone in this cool highlands..;D Actually, hubby is undergoing his training at the rubber estate plant. How I wish he could start his work in December, not February !

I wonder when his business buddy will let him start using the company car or truck. To date, we still haven’t known if hubby will be provided a company car or a truck.

Yippie… hubby is going to be given a company car and a cell phone once he start his work at the rubber estate plant. Don’t get it wrong …;D. My hubby is partnering with his business buddy to run a rubber estate plant meaning which they act as middlemen. As middlemen, they collect rubber or latex from the rubber tappers and sell it to big factories.

If you know the market price for rubber trees, you will that rubber tappers, middlemen and also big factories exporting rubber or latex are raking in money. Hubby told me that one of the business partner earns $2,000 net per day. Wow…imagine if he has had a few rubber estate plants !

Since hubby has joined them, they are setting up a new plant site soon. I hope they set it up as soon as possible so that hubby can earn stable income and I can just blog and write assignments for fun.

I wonder if hubby would be provided a crew cab or an extended cab pickup by the company. Well, I don’t really care if it is an extended cab pickup or not as long as hubby has a company car and can make petrol claims.

By using company car, we save money on car loan installments and petrol. Yap… we plan to sell off our own car.

Hubby’s discussion with his business buddy has been going on smoothly. According to his buddy, hubby will be given a company truck once he is ready to run the palm oil plantations and rubber estates.

When we traded in our old Proton Wira for a second-hand Toyota Camry, we thought it was no big deal to have an inch-long scratch on the automobile. We brushed our buddies’ advice aside by thinking that it would be safe.

However, the more I surf the Internet, the wiser and more knowledgeable I am…;D Apparently, we are putting our own safety at risk !
