Sweat All Over Due To Afternoon Heat!
I don’t need to do workout on my treadmill in order to sweat! I am now sweating all over due to the afternoon heat, you know.
Ya, it’s another scorching hot day in my country while there is a blizzard in other parts of the world. What an extreme difference, right? 
I am so thankful that I don’t have to work under the hot sun. Imagine walking in the hot sun, getting into the cooling car/bus, then getting off the car/bus and walking in the hot sun into the office with air-cond turned to full blast!
I tell you, my migraine will start to hit me under this kind of temperature change.
