Eating Healthily & Consuming Less Meat
Since I started cooking at home a month ago, hubby and I have been eating healthily and consuming less meat. This is good because we seem to lose a bit weight.
Of course, walking to the market every day helps tremendously in losing weight too. I try to do a bit more walking by buying vegetables and groceries at different stalls and shops.
Like yesterday, I could buy the Nanette Lepore shoes at the shoes shop next to the market. But I purposely walked to another store which was at the end of the block so that I got to exercise a bit.
Good idea, right?
