I wonder if there is any quick tip you can share with me on how to lose belly fat fast? I have been trying to lose it through exercise, but no noticeable change yet.
Talking about exercise, I am surprised that my friend can go jogging or swimming on an empty stomach in the mornings.
Honestly, I can’t. I must have a light breakfast before my exercise.
If I am not mistaken, skipping breakfast could actually make your workout less effective because food is fuel for your muscles and prevents nausea and headaches from low blood sugar. You will also fade faster during your workout.
A light breakfast of toast with peanut butter, or some fruit or even a protein shake at least an hour before exercising.
