Stress, long working hours, and meeting the needs of a demanding family can wreck havoc on my physical and emotional well-being, therefore I set aside at least 15 minutes each day for relaxation to recharge.
Besides meditation, I love to listen to music or take up a therapy like visualization or positive thinking.
If I look for total relaxation after a stressful day, Susie’s soothing voice and guided imagery will take me there. I couldn’t believe how quickly I felt relaxed !
