Starting tonight, we must turn on the porch lighting again for the whole night even if it means more expensive electricity bills.

There was a near burglary last night. Fortunately, my sister-in-law just came home when she saw a man turning and walking away from our gate.

She tried to chase after the man, but to no avail.

Her sudden shouts woke hubby and me up from our sleep in the middle of the night.

It’s a cold night that neither hubby and I heard anything.

It’s worth accompanying my cousin to the sample sale yesterday. She did find a cash-and-carry wedding gown that she loved very much.

Instead of waiting for her to find the rest of the wedding dresses and accessories, I decided to sneak into a computer store which was just opposite the bridal shop.

There was a sale too. Some Acer desktops were sold at very low prices that I felt like grabbing one for my home office.

Of course, I was able to defeat my enemy called “impulse buying”. I remembered the models of the desktop and wanted to compare prices online.

I don’t think I will be able to update my pink gift blog tomorrow. There is a sample sale at a nearby bridal shop that my cousin wants me to accompany her to seize a cash-and-carry wedding gown.

At first, I was surprised to hear that that high class bridal shop with Ft Myers custom doors would be having a sale.

You can imagine how bad the economy is!

As for my cousin and her future hubby, they have to save money on everything from wedding cards, to wedding dinners to wedding gowns.

I am sure she will find a bargain-priced wedding gown at that bridal shop because of its good reputation. The sale is by appointment only, you know.

I can’t believe that my friend’s friend gifted her daughter a pink colored TV and DVD player as birthday gifts.

Well, she is only 4 years old! She doesn’t really need a TV and DVD player in her bedroom, does she?

I understand that the father has already parted with his wife for a while and he is trying to be the best father he can be by giving his daughter the best thing in the world.

But don’t you think this is a bit too much?

Gosh! I am really in need of a super strong diet pill now to shed some of the pounds that I put on these past few days.

Hubby and I were urged to take our family members who had come all the way from another state to as many renowned restaurants and food stalls for famous local foods as possible.

You know, during their 3-day-2-night stay in our small village, they tried almost every famous food they were recommended to by the villagers.

As hubby and I followed them from one place to another, we had to eat whatever they ordered.
